Game-Day Shuttle Reservations & Cancellations

Online Reservations 

All online reservations must be secured with credit card payment.Accepted Until 9:00a on  Game Day Saturday!    Any reservations submitted after 9:00A on game-day Saturday will be voided.

Early Online Reservations   /   TBA Time 

Put TBA in for time; email us your pick-up time the week of your game-day.You may also change your pick-up time on game-day.

Phone Reservations  

Phone reservation accepted "ONLY" on game day.    

Starting at 9:00A On Saturday – Game Day! CASH Payment required for phone reservation. 

 Advance reservation made online; requires payment within 24-hours of submission. If payment is not made within the 24 hours your reservation will be canceled. Once we accept your reservation we will email you an invoice for payment to secure your reserved seats.

By Accepting Transportation, You Agree To Cancellation Policy.  As a courtesy, please notify us in advance of any cancellations. 

Cancellation Deadline

To receive a full refund for shuttle reservations, minus the processing fee; you must email us a request for cancellation on Friday before 12:00p. The Friday before your scheduled game-day.

After Friday at 12:00p, we do not allow any refunds. You can receive a shuttle credit to be applied to another game if you submitted a cancellation request before 5:00p on Friday evening before game-day Saturday.

We require email proof for refund cancellations. No phone calls accepted for cancellations.
   

• All cancellations must be submitted via email.
• Refund process may take up to 10 -15 business days.
• No refunds for cancellations after 12:00p on Friday before game day.
