What Methods Of Payments Do We Accept?
In order to provide outstanding airport transportation services, it is a transportation company requirement to accept varies methods of payment.
Advance payment is required to reserve transportation.

Large Reservation Amounts:
ACH Bank Transfer • Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
Requirement: Company, EIN, Client Information, and other company information
Companies will be verified through our Louisiana State Department to prevent any fraud from both parties. We will only be able to accept bank transfer once LA State Department certified and approves the company and client. Not every company will be approve for bank transfer.
Cash Payment:
Cash payments are allowed for LSU Game Day Shuttle only.

All of our vehicles are considered Individual transportation, clean,
and 2023-2024 model vehicles.

Our airport transportation company provide passenger vans for group transportation, and airport shuttle services.
Private transportation only, the guest and their party is the only ones allow in the vehicle for safety reasons. No shared rides with unknown people are allowed.
Exception: LSU Events - Passenger Van - Share Rides
What is the policy on refunds?
Refund: You may receive a full refund or transportation credit for cancellations submitted before cancellation deadline, minus cancellation fee.
Credits: Transportation credits good for one year from the date of cancellation for the full amount charged. Cancellation & processing fee waived for transportation credits.
24-Hour Cancellation: No refund or transportation credit allowed for any cancellation request made less 24-hours of the scheduled transport.
Flight Cancellations: If your flight was cancelled per the Airline’s request; we will reschedule your airport pick-up or drop-off for the new expected arrival date and time. If there is request for a refund for last minute flight cancellation, there will be a $15.00 cancellation fee, or we can provide a transportation credit for the full amount.
No Refunds or Credits Allowed: No refunds or credit allowed for “No Show”, meaning the client did not appear for their reservation. We reserve the right to cancel your transport with no refund or credit; if you are 30 minutes late arriving to the vehicle and made no attempt to notify us of any changes in your schedule.
