All LACET, Airport Transportation Company, Transportation Company, Photos on this website are copyrighted (c) 2015 by LA Corporate and Executive Transport, LLC. They are not to be duplicated, replicated, nor copied as many clients have only given us permission to publish them. If any photo is used without the permission of the Transportation Company of LA Corporate and Executive Transport, you will be subject to copyright infringement; in addition, our clients have the authority to file civil lawsuit.  No soliciting anyone under our name or business as a reference.  Solicitation is not allowed.

2. Use License 

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on LACET, LA Corporate & Executive Transportation, LLC's, Transportation Company website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. 9. Transportation Waiver

Release Waiver Of Liability:

When accepting transportation from LA Corporate & Executive Transport, LLC / LACET; you and / or your company, organization, its officers, representatives, agents, students and/or participants, their parents, and affliates hereby agree to all terms and conditions; and release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless LA Corporate and Executive Transport, LLC (“LACET”), The Critney Transportation Group, Connect Airport Shuttle, its officers, agents, representatives, and employees [hereafter collectively referred to as “Staff”] from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, personal or property damage, personal injury, including death that maybe sustained as a result of ground transportation provided by LACET. You and / or your company, etc. further agrees that if they violate this agreement and attempt to bring suit against any party named herein, that they will be held responsible for attorney’s fees and any costs incurred by that person in defending such action.

You and / or your company, etc. voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any and all risks of loss. You and / or your company, etc. acknowledges that they are voluntarily traveling with LACET, and voluntarily release, discharge, waive, and relinquish any and all actions, or causes of action for personal injury and / or property damage that may arise as a result of being a passenger of a vehicle operated by LACET.

You, and / or your company, etc. has read this waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement, fully understand its terms, also understand that they are giving up substantial rights. This includes you and / or your company’s rights and the rights its officers, representatives, agents, students and / or participants, their parents, and affliates right to sue. You and / or your company, etc. acknowledges that they are signing the agreement freely and voluntarily; and intend by a signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by the law.
