Online Reservations 

All online reservations must be secured with credit card payment.Accepted Until 9:00a on  Game Day Saturday!    

Any reservations submitted after 10:00A on game-day Saturday will be voided.

Early Online Reservations   /   TBA Time 

Put TBA in for time; email us your pick-up time the week of your game-day. You may also change your pick-up time on game-day. 

Phone Reservations  

Phone reservation accepted "ONLY" on game day.    

Starting at 9:00A On Saturday – Game Day! CASH Payment required for phone reservation. 

Shuttle Start Time

Day Games:  We start shuttle pick up as early as 7:00a or 8:00a depending on what time the game start.

Night Games:  We start shuttle pick up as early as 9:00a or10:00a depending on what time the game start.

Game-Day Shuttle Rates

 Choose your shuttle options; round-trip or one-way from our pick-up locations. The shuttle is perfect for first time visitors.  Click Here:   GAMEDAY SHUTTLE TIERS & RATES

• For round-trip:  Select a Tier (Tier 1-3). 
• After-Game Rides:   Are split into tiers so everyone gets home safely and smoothly. No one way trips after game. Must purchase a tier for a after game pick-up.
• The Tiers:  You may choose any time to go to the stadium; everybody wants to go at different times of the day. The different between the tiers is when you leave the stadium to return to your hotel. 
• Tier 1:  Leave immediately after the game. Pick up same location as drop off.
• Tier 2:  2-hours after game at the Buffalo Wild Wings.  We drop off tier 1 first; then come back for tier 2.  We pick up at the restaurant area of campus.   This is perfect for people who want to meet up with their kids or family before leaving campus; get something eat before going back to their hotels, or just hang out for a while. 
• Tier 3:  Tail-Gate or Half-Time leave. For people who do not want to stay on campus too long. 
• One-Way Trip:  Only to the stadium. No one-way options available after the game. All seats, after the game are reserved for the Tier 1 & 2.

Book your reservations now! 

Submit your reservation if you are ready to ride our shuttle to your game.

• Fill out the Reservation Form: Completely, use (TBA) for pick up time to the stadium if you dont know game start time or unsure of your pick up time. You will email us pick up time to the stadium later, close to game time.
• Seat Availability is Limited:  Due to high demand, seats fill up fast! Tier 1 seats always sell out first, so quick payment is the best way to secure your ride. 
• Email Payment Link: Once you submit your form, we will email you an invoice payment link.
• 4-Hour Time Limit: Your payment link expires 4 hours after it is sent. Seats are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is complete.
• Expired Links: If your link expires, you will need to fill out a new form. We cannot guarantee your seats will still be available.
• Sold Out Updates: If seats sell out before you pay, we will notify you right away before you send any money.

💡 Pro Tip: Pay your invoice as soon as you receive it to lock in your seats!

• Check Your Hotel: Make sure your hotel is on our pickup list before signing up. 🏨
• Submit Early: Reservation forms are accepted until 10:00 AM on game day. ⏰
• Pay Within 4 Hours: Once you submit your form, your online payment must be completed within 4 hours after the invoice is sent to lock in your seats. Unpaid bookings will be canceled automatically. 💳

The shuttle is only for Baton Rouge hotels listed. 

DO NOT submit form for New Orleans Hotels, New Orleans area, Downtown Baton Rouge Hotels, Residents, or location that is not on our list.

Payment Options

 Credit Card Payment:  We only accept credit card payments for advance online reservations. A   small processing fee will apply to all credit card payments. 

Cash Payment:  Will only be accepted for phone reservations made on game-day Saturday.

 By Accepting Transportation, You Agree To Cancellation Policy.  

As a courtesy, please notify us in advance of any cancellations. 

Cancellation Deadline

To receive a full refund for shuttle reservations, minus the processing fee; you must email us a request for cancellation on Friday before 12:00p. The Friday before your scheduled game-day.

After Friday at 12:00p, we do not allow any refunds. You can receive a shuttle credit to be applied to another game if you submitted a cancellation request before 5:00p on Friday evening before game-day Saturday.

We require email proof for refund cancellations. 

No phone calls accepted for cancellations.

• No refunds for cancellations after 12:00p on Friday before game day.
